While this might not be a strange term for most of you that always chats with me via instant messengers, I do get asked "huh? what is 'XD'?". Most of the time I manage to explain it in words.

But sometimes certain people (especially those that takes life way too seriously) fails to understand what does it mean.

'XD' is an emote (yes, similar to :) or :( we always use). Literally, here's now 'XD' would look like:

Thanks to the usual "nothing to do in the first three hours in the office" syndrome, I leisurely visited Fazri's blog, and WHOA! I got TAGGED!

And the question was "Five Reasons Why I Blog"

1. To Write (and so does everyone else that blog) - this is quite odd, really. I am not the best person you would find if you need anyone to write something. I naturally don't like to write. However, I started finding writing about anything, and especially guides satisfies my self most of the time. So yeah, the blog exist as a medium for me to write all sort of things
2. To B*tch/Rant/Complain/etc - I don't do this often, but sometimes when I am in a pinch, whereby it is very difficult to convey the message to certain individual or the masses - I will resort to deliver it in my blog. Most of the time the targeted individual/company might not even know about the existence of this site, but that doesn't matter
3. To Share & Show - Often I will stumble upon some weird scenario or sighting that I wanted to share with others, and here is where I post them. I also occasionally will talk about some of my gadgets/stuffs that I recently acquired, although somehow lately the desire to do so have diminished tremendously
4. To Fill Time - blogging often means more than simply writing. Nowadays I'm noticing that I will usually find reference of certain uncommon subjects in Wikipedia and read about it, link it in the post, and gained some knowledge at the end of the day. It's also what I do (sometimes) when I need break from work, or when I have free time in the office.
5. To prove that we can always do things because we can!, right, Fazri? :D

Some journalists deserve to be spanked hard. I really hope these people at least bother to LEARN and KNOW what each of the term they use in the press actually means (the editor is also probably deserve to get some run-overs). Thanks to them, a shit-load of misunderstandings occur (big part often comes from those who knows shit of the subject and simply jump into the bandwagon to make themselves appear intelligent, non-ignorant and up to date).

Now tell me, bloggers, netters, forumers, surfers, doesn't this reporter now makes paultan.org (yes I love cars) appear the same as lowyat.net forums (yes I go here to read people bash each other while eating pop corn. My only form of entertainment for now)?

P/s: I hope whoever wrote this article is not that 'particular person' who claims all his knowledge is correct, accurate and up to date, whereas in reality, he got A mixed up with D, and he calls B as 'J'.

I saw this at some lifts in Cyberia Apartments, Cyberjaya earlier. Apparently someone thinks its funny to stick these signs.

I find it funny though, simply because his grammar and spelling is totally wrong :D. That's why not eveybody can make signs and warnings effectively.
